Ask the Petco in your area. I do not think these chain stores receive their herps from a single supplier. Most I have spoke to receive them locally through agreements with private breeders or suppliers so shipping is not needed.

Really? I was under the oposite impression - they came from a large distributor who could provide the same type of animal to a large number of stores. Mice on Ice might have been a snake supplier at one time?

I have tried to sell some of my excess offspring to petco. I was told that they only buy from their approved breeders. The snakes in their store look much less healthy than my snakes. I checked online to see how to become an approved vendor and they wanted a 600$ application fee. Since my total collection is barly that much I didn't go for it. Buddy.

I worked at a small chain pet store in Wisconsin and we got all of our reptiles through California Zoological Supply. I don't know if its the same with Petco
