I came home to find my 2.5 ft caiman dead. Very sad I just moved I guess he couldnt handle the stress combined with the temporary enclosure. Such a shame I am just finishing its 245 gallon new enclosure too. I guess I jjust wasnt fast enough.

Sorry to hear that. It's always hard to lose a pet...
Mr. F
yes sir, and I was less than a day from finishing its new 250 gall enclosure, darn the luck
Sorry to hear this.
How long did you own the animal? I have moved/relocated crocodilians many times and have not had one die from stress.
I had him almost 2 years, the problem is I live in colorado and the temps have been all over the place, as well as thermo regulating its temporary enclosure. It also went through a stressful winter but Im not sure.
