I have a pixie frog thats about ehh two years old or so. Its female, and she really hasn't been growing fast. I found that about a year ago I had been keeping her a little too cool, so I heated her up a bit and she has been growing. This is my first question. How big do female pixies get?

Another thing is she ONLY eats crickets. She will sometimes take thawed frozen pinkies, but it takes a lot of coaxing. She seems to get annoyed more than anything. I even make sure I heat them up A LOT so they seem like they're warm, but still no. I feel this is why she isn't growing well. I supplement the crickets, but I don't think its the same. I would try live ones, but I don't have access to them, as the only place that sells them is quite far away from me. What should I do? I give her a lot of crickets, and she loves them. What do you guys think I can do to get her to eat the pinkies?

well there could be several things. One is ya her grwoing rate would have been effected by the heat. Also is she a Dwarf pixie or a real pixie frog. Since they have been bred like crazy in the US for people to keep as pets. they've ben bred to be smaller. Now like my pixie I had it would only eat things that moved. There is actual little feeding plated you can buy that vibrate so when you put thawed food out, like free dried crickets or thawed mice, it makes them look real from the plate shaking them. also you can try good old night crawlers. Mine ate those like crazy. good luck
