I was out last week and came across a Texas Blind Snake. I did not keep it because they eat things I don't want to keep (termites and ants). Has anyone ever tried to keep a snake with an unusual diet? I would like to hear from you.

Well, they're certainly not termites, but my mud snake eats salamanders!

I kept them in the 80s they ate ant eggs every time offered harvester ant eggs.I let them go fat, before winter I even hatched eggs from a pair I found breeding.Talk about small I did not even try to feed the babies let them go where the parents were found.
