So much that we no longer go on vacation together, someone must stay home to watch the snakes!

Well, that's been true for longer than just the snakes. With horses and dogs as well as the snakes, it's very difficult to find someone to care for them when we both go somewhere. A few days is all I can manage by myself to say nothing of both of us gone.
