my t. natans had a fungus and i added a cup of brine shrimpfor my spiny eel to eat and i noticed that the salt from the water from the brine shrimp, combined with the medication seemed heal the fungus faster. i also noticed the caecilian eat a few (after many failed attempts). so i bought some zoo med can-o-shrimp and he seems to like that too.

ive also seen videos of them eating thawed frozen shrimp like a pack of crocs, has anybody else tried this? how did it work?

I used to buy frozen shrimp, boil it, peel it, cool it down, then break it into "bite" sized pieced for them. I'd imagine you wouldn't want to feed it too often, as it's not a nutritionally balanced meal.
