Does anyone have any suggestions how to get a chameleon out of a cage to clean it. My veiled chameleon hates to be handled or even a hand in the cage he will hiss and try to bite and it is always stressfull to clean his cage. Any suggestions?

Try to encourage him to come onto a branch that you are holding in your hand. I have also had success with wearing a loose sweatshirt that I pull the cuff of down over my hand so the chameleon can't bite my hand. Because the shirt is loose, if it does bite it will only get a mouthful of shirt.
