My iguana has been acting a little funny lately. I can't really explain it other than he's moving differently than before and has been licking the walls and substrate more often. Could it be that I'm using tap water?

He's also been sleeping in random places that he didn't used to, such as with his head over his water dish or up in the corner of his cage. Is it just that he is getting used to his surroundings?
Well, it sounds like he's just checking things out-licking the walls and such. Mine will sleep with his head on his bowl and such, too. His favorite perch is a shelf in his cage that he can stretch completely out on and lay on a towel.
Tap water is fine.
