I am so jealous. I would love to see chucks in their natural habitat. The granite and red backs you found are beautiful.
Those are nice! I saw a male like the one with the reddish-whittis back at ThunderBird Park before.
Incredible pics!! There really is nothing like going out and observing them in their own habitat doing those lizardly things they do! LOL I feel so lucky to be living at a time where things like these pictures can be shared and other people who share the passion for these animals and can be accessible even though they may live on the other side of the country, or even Europe. BTW, does anyone know how long this forum has been in existence???
Austin and I did have a fun trip. There really is nothing like being able to see all these animals in the wild. For reptile enthusiasts, there is no better type of vacation than looking for reptiles all day. We didn't see too many collareds, but it was a good trip anyway.
