I have been away from the pet trade for a while and want to get back in. I want a monitor lizard that has the body shape like a water or nile. long neck, skinny head. I had a savanna in the past and he was great but i want something different. I need a lizard that will not get to big as well. I am looking for recomendations. Any input is appreciated. I am also interedets in sources for my new pet.

an ornate nile:a nile that gets 3-5 feet is much more colorful and if you live in florida u don't need a permit cause its scientific name is different
