Does anyone know anything about these guys? Caught one last night, never have seen one of these before and cant find much info on them. Not planning on keeping it long. Just want to admire him for a few days. Very cool looking snake. I will try to post some pics as soon as I can.

feed on sirens and fish i believe. keeping it for a few days?... just keep it in a dry enclosure w/ a hide box.

sirens and frogs mostly. Non aggressive but will grip with their pointed tail if nervous.

take some photos and release him, preferably where you found him as long as it's not by a road.
