Green tree with 1" blue spot

Hello,

Can anyone tell what may be going on with my green tree? Its 3 years old and I have had it probed as a male. A bluish spot appeared overnight 3 days ago and I do not know if this is normal or if it is sick. Please let me know if you have any idea.
