The first of my four clutches started to hatch. This little guy pipped his egg on incubation day 60. I'm not sure why he decided to enter the world a little early, but aside from being small, he seems active, healthy, and is already eating. This is a red geyri, his parents are Pepperoni and Marmalade. Marmy is a young Mom, so her eggs were smaller than my older hefty girls, which could account for why the baby is smaller. I just moved him from my transitional incubator to his permanent enclosure. My kids have already named this one "Cinnamon"
