Ok, what is this...cooter or slider?

I'm on the eastern shore of Md. I get tons of painted turtles coming out of the pond to lay eggs, but this one was obviously different. She laid 9 large eggs, measured 12" down her carapace and weighed 6.5 lbs. Anyone know? Her plastron was solid cream color.

It's a Northern Red Bellied Cooter, Pseudemys rubriventris

Yeah, I looked it up the other day myself. Her plastron was simply cream colored. I'm incubating her eggs. Around here, the raccoons get most of the turtle eggs.
