Ornate next generation ?

Lindsay Jul 11, 2009 01:04 PM

Uromastyx are not born with their adult patterns and develop their final colors very slowly. One of the frustrations with breeding uromastyx is how seldom I get to see my babies mature. I can't hold them all back for years.
I love getting feedback like this photo of a pair of hatchlings I sold three years ago, being none to shy about making grandchildren for my uros. I hope you enjoy it too. Thanks Dr.K!

Lindsay, those are gorgeous Ornates. It must make you proud that your captive bred Uros are in turn reproducing for others.
