I just purchased a albino pacman frog , the pet store recommended a 5.0 uvb light and a heat lamp , I have him in a 50gal with a shallow container on one end filled with moss and water ,I have the heat lamp on 24/7 and the uvb to cycle on about 12hrs a day .I just read on a website that albino pacmans should not have a uvb light is this true ? I like to take good care of my pets and want to set up a proper habitat

Well throw out whatever info the pet shop gave you because it's all garbage.

Albinos should not be under UVB at all. Their skin and eyes are extremely light sensitive. Also, moss is an impaction risk which can also lead to death. As long as the water dish is shallow you should be fine on that. They are horrible swimmers and can drown easily in deeper waters. They rarely go into water in the wild other than in breeding puddles.

Post pics of your frog when you have the time.

you have to goto somewhere like photobucket.com to post pics here. Copy and paste the [IMG] link in your message here. Much easier than it sounds.
