I primarily deal with Boas. They are easy to sex. I have a few Morelia and assume they were sexed correctly. A store where I have sold my baby red tails has a Centralian that they're basically trying to give me. I really only want it if its a female. Of course, they don't know how to sex it.

Are there any visible or physical (non-probing) ways to figure the sex.

Thanks in advance.

not an exact science here.... even when probing or popping, which i dissagree with. But males should have a noticably long tail and narrow, yet prominanat hip region. also, ive heard that scale count from the vent back on the tail can vary in males and females. not sure what that count is but maybe you could find it some were.
hope this helps

It is actually a Coastal. I had Centralian on the mind. I'll head over there today and take a look.
