Toad Toes Bleeding and sore

One of my toads toes are getting small sores on them. One of the toes is even showing some bone as the sore has progressed up the toe. My other toads do not have this issue and are housed in the same enclosure.

I cannot find any answers online so maybe someone here may know. I will be taking him to the vet tomorrow.
