I have been trying to book a shipment since Saturday. I tried to book from the calculate the shipment link. Am I doing something wrong?

Just wanted to say, I used shipyourreptiles.com this week for 4 shipments. I really liked how everything worked. I had a question, Walt got back to me asap. It was nice to fill out the info online, pay upfront, print out a label for my boxes, and just drop off the boxes down the street from me. Not only that, the price was good as well. Basically it was as easy as just registering, and booking the shipment which took all of 2 minutes to fill out the info.
