I have a ch05 Mali uro I purchased in February/March 06. "She" is approximately 10 inches long (doubled in length since purchased)and is not displaying anything in terms of male coloration. Based on her age, size, and coloration, I am assuming it is indeed a "she". Does she appear big enough/old enought to breed? I would like to get a male to pair her with and try working with these wonderful lizards. Any breeding info related to age and size would be greatly appreciated!!!

Uro's don't reach sexual maturity until they are around 5 years old.
As for breeding information, you might check out www.deerfernfarms.com for that information. Doug has breeding Mali's for years with great success.

Thanks Missanne2U. I had heard they reached adulthood at an older age than say bearded dragons. So, it looks like I have a couple of years before adult coloration is completed. Oh well, I quess time will tell.
