I've only found Santa Cruz's so far. I imagine gigas will be extraordinarily hard to find, though a population was just discovered in San Jose (near where I stay). I'm quite surprised that I haven't seen any Cali Red-sideds, but I just got a tip on where they are found frequently.
I also have some information where a very famous type of garter is found in a public place (much of where it lives is on airport property surrounded by an 8-foot barbed wire fence).
Unfortunately I have to wait until next year before continuing on another California quest for adventure.
