respiratory infections

when you have a GTP with a respiratory infection, should you still mist their enclosure, raising the humidity, which will add to the problem, or keep it dry, but giving the reptile added fluids to keep her hydrated

I seen arguments both ways. It's a fine line with the chondros. Too low a humidity and you'll create respiratory problems as well. I'd say for temporary measures until you can see a vet: Raise the temps, and reduce the humdity a bit.
