Looking for a new lizard

Ryo Sep 23, 2009 02:24 PM

I've had my BTS for seven years, and my dumerils monitor for four, so I've been thinking it might be time for a new lizard.

I'd like a lizard thats interesting to watch and maybe something unique looking.
Space isn't really an issue, but I'd prefer a smaller lizard that might be sociable with others of its kind.

Any ideas? So far I'm leaning towards a pair of crocodile skinks... any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Being a collared lizard nut, I would have to say, COLLAREDS
may not be unique but they sure are diverse in colors and pattern and all gorgeous to boot. Did I mention entertaining to watch and friendly when handled?

Hahaa, yeah, thats why many of us that have been into reptiles for so many years have so many, we just SEE so many awesome lizards, lol.
But I have learned it's best to pick a couple/few species that you really love, and just mainly work with them, otherwise things get to crazy/ out of hand.

I have a FAQ/ collared care page on my site if your interested.
