I have lived in NW Georgia for 30 years and until yesterday never spotted one of these, am I just unlucky or has the 500 year flood brought some greenies around?

I say both.
Nice photography skills by the way.
I have yet to see any in DE but I get tons of customers come in to our shop that have caught some and dont wanna let 'em go.
They stumble upon them, I search high and dry.
Once I did find a Grey. I opened a customers trunk to put a bag of dog food in and it jumped out onto my shirt. That was interesting.
