Feeding issue solved

medic8388 Oct 04, 2009 05:00 PM

For a while I have been suspecting that my igg wasn't eating enough based on what was left in his dish. The thought occured to me, since he spends 99% of his time at the top of his cage, why would he want to come down to the very bottom to eat? I moved his food dish up to the top of the cage and now he is eating twice what he was before

Aren't they funny little buggers?!

Mine has decreased his eating, but I think it is related to seasonal changes. The waxy secretions coming from his femoral pores tells me that breeding season must be near.
