First off hello to everyone, I am new to this forum.
My question is, I had some babies dumerils born tonight and I noticed they have a over bite. Some more severe than others.
What could have caused this? The male and the female are not related. I know we did have a temp spike this summer when the power went out due to tornado's.
Thank you in advance for all help.

Well, generally speaking, the Dumerils gene pool isn't that deep. It's hard to say what caused the problem as it could be so many things. Sorry to hear they didn't come out perfect for you. That had to be very disappointing. I would try the breeding again if it's the only pair you have, but if you have the same outcome, obviously you'd want to stop there with that pair.
