Freeze Dried Insects

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried the freeze dried insects from flukers and if they are any good for black and white tegus?

Someone gave me a jar of the mealworms for my beardies once. I think they are expensive and you would use a ton for a tegu. Personally I wouldn't use them except in a pinch because it seems as if something's missing....like all that yummy cricket juice. Nutritionally, they're pretty much the same.

thanks for the info. my mom just hates how much noise they make and i just wanted to make sure they arent bad for the lizard. ill try to give him a sering of live once a week or more
