Everglades to a Corn...

ChrisErica Oct 27, 2009 05:48 PM

Has anyone ever bred an Everglades Rat Snake to a albino Corn Snake? I'm thinking about breeding an everglades to a sunglow to produce a super orange snake in two generations.

Yes, it has been done many times and happens often enough in the wild to.

Maybe a hypo everglades x blood red would produce a super solid red snake? How about a hypo Everglades to a whitesided to get a whiteside with the bright orange back? Or a whitesided blood red corn? I think those would be really cool. There are some cool projects you could work on, use your imagination.

I was thinking of mating my sunglow or sunglow motley to an everglades to produce a super orange snake. I'm surprised you don't see more of that like the creamsicles.
