Feeding Roaches Safe?

PHEve Nov 28, 2009 11:53 AM

Klondike and Flurrice have been gobbling crickets each night, Klondike even comes out during the day and sorta stands by glass when I'm in the room, if I hand him a cricket he grabs it with gusto, lol.

Anyway I keep a colony of B. dubia roaches for my other lizards and tried one for each Leo the other night, mid sized, and each went crazy over them. Last night each was waiting, I brought each one another roach and they appeared excited trying to take it from me.

** My question is are roaches safe for them as far as do they digest them alright?

Yes they are great for leos. I used to feed mine discoid roaches.

That's really good to hear because they really seem to go nuts for them. They seem more excited over them than the crickets.
