ok so how much and how often do i need to feed my skink? heres a little info on it: 2 weeks ago when i got it it was about 16 inches long and 250 grams now it weighs 375 grams,ive been feeding it every other day it gets one grape cut into 1/4 pieces a spoon full of catfood mixed with some greens(collard,turnip,mustard) and about 20 insects (crix/supers)is this a good amount for it?

It needs red meat. While Blueys are omnivores - they prefer meat. Insects aren't a good staple.
I've used dog/cat food for many years with no ill effects. add calcium with D3 and herpevite to every 2nd feed and you'll be set.
Also, feed every 2nd or 3rd day for babies, around a tablespoon of the dog/cat food will be fine.
