This looks to be a Phelsuma grandis (giant day gecko). Could it really be this RED? I know, working in the tropical fish hobby, that years ago glass fish came in looking florescent red, green and yellow. It turned out they were injected with some type of dye.
It would be interesting to see a true RED day gecko like this as a result of extensive line breeding. Color me skeptical for now

It's a type of flat house gecko,I've only seen them a yellowish color.

Ok,it's a flat tailed day gecko.not the typical african flat gecko.
