Can anyone tell me a good species of roach for leopard geckos?

I'd like to breed my own feeders and no smell, plus no noise gives them a clear edge over crickets.

Thanks!

I breed Dubia roaches. (malaysian yellow spotted roaches). They don't climb glass or fly and they are quite prolific. I just had 6 of each sex, put some paper towel roll tubes in with them and kept them warm and humid. When the babies hatch out they look like those weird rolly polly grey woodlice. They are perfect because they don't escape like hissers, they dont have the super hard carapace or spiny legs, and if you breed your own, you have several different size variations to choose from. My leos seem to love them!

Thanks for the response. I ordered 100 mixed nymphs yesterday.

Can't wait to get rid of these crickets.

Blaptica dubia-"Orange Spotted Roach" or " Guyana Spotted Roach" are from Central and South America. There a non-climber, non-flyer who give live birth. Good choice, my leos love them.

From what ive read roaches are way better feeders than crickets. They are just a little harder to come across and most people dont like the idea. as far as breeding goes they are definitely the best. you feed and clean, they do the rest.
