hissing = aggression?

the title is self explanatory, my Jungle Jag female is 1 year and a half, she has now started hissing when i pick her up, is this the first sign of a future bite???

You haven't been bitten yet? lol. If this is a new personality, she could be having a problem. A month ago, our jungle x diamond started doing the same thing, hissing which in four years he's never done. Turns out he was obstipated. Once he had his bowel movement, back to his normal grouchy self. Check her for any signs of health problems, any temp or humidity changes,etc. Anything change in her enclosure? Good luck.
