will dwarf and super dwarf retics be exempt from the nationwide ban? i know some retailers (PPs) say that the way around the new laws is to but dwarf or super dwarf varieties.

true, or false?

false. If P. reticulatas is added to the list, that'll include any subspecies, morphs, etc. Lacey isn't known for fine tuned recognition of sub species.

Plus the obvious question would be, how would USFWS know it's not just a younger animal??? Ya think?
