He turned 8 months old yesterday. I'd say he's a little over 2 feet long. I know it depends on how much he feeds. He eats a decent sized mouse every 5 to 7 days.
What age are they when they reach their full length, generally?

carpet pythons reach adult size in about four years. like alot of animals they have indeterminate growth and will grow throughout their entire lives. adult ijs average 4 - 6 feet but can reach lengths of 8 or more although this is relatively unheard of.
