Has anyone ever come across a green iguana terrified of polka dot clothing. my 4 year old male went crazy today when he saw my fiancee wearing a polka dot top. white with black dots. he would only calm down when i went over and put my hand on him. this usually calms him whenever he freaks out but i've never seen him react to polka dots before.

I had one terrified of yellow shirts.

That's mad. He's usually so calm about everything and only gets excited when he see's his food but he totally flipped out whenever she came within sight of her. A real instinct based fear. I thought he was gonna hurt himself. Scared the life outta me. I thought he was having a fit untill i figured out what was sending him crazy!!!!!!

YES!!! The weirdest thing! My teenage daughter was wearing some black and gray polka dot PJ pants. She was sitting close to the ig's cage (a 2yo male) and the ig started posturing toward her. The next day he was in the shower hanging out and I showed him the pants to check his reaction. He FLEW across the shower and I though he would hurt himself with the way he flung himself at the wall. He's never reacted to anything like before.
