Congrats and good luck. I love this time of year. I have two clutchs cooking now: borneo granite and T hets. Can't wait until they hatch since both are first time mommies. Oh the suspense.

It's been a while since I posted or bred anything. Took sometime to do other stuff. Any how, my Jeff Hartwick female is very gravid at this time and looking great. She was bred to a male I hatched a few years ago that is absolutely amazing. I will post pix soon. -A

Interesting enough this girl ate tonight: weird! She was as big as a Louie Ville slugger just days ago and lying under her heat panel without moving. I know, I know, not a great idea if she's gravid to feed, but she poked her head out of the cage as she smelled food. At any rate, low and behold she ate. Some what of a disappointment needless to say as it could be quite the oposite that she might not be gravid. However, despite the likelihood that she is not, I have to report that she is once again lying under the heat panel and soaking up the heat. I am still more or better than 70 percent convinced that she will surprise me with a clutch. Keeping my fingers crossed on this one. -A

Goodluck with her! Last year one of my gravid Borneo females looked really hunger one feeding night, so I threw a medium rat to her, she snatched it right up and laid a good 16 egg clutch 5 days later.
