Impaction problem

I think my female is suffering from impaction. Don't know what i should do, if anything. She still eats regularly, (mostly mealworms and crickets). I have changed the substrait from sand to papertowels a few weeks ago but abdomen is still very full and hard. She hasn't been as active since I noticed, I just don't want her to be in any pain or discomfort. Any suggestions would be grately appreciated.

After you schedule an immediate visit to the Vet, I would suggest a soak in warm (not HOT) water. Then bring your friend to the vet.
