I was just out using a probe thermometer to check hibernacula temperatures, and kept bumping into turtles relatively near the surface.

You are right about that Steph. Some of mine have been coming out when the sun heats up their enclosure and sunning themselves for a few hours before it cools off in the late afternoon. A couple more weeks and I'm sure well be seeing lots more of them. Can't wait
