turtles in the afternoon.

We had quite a snowstorm roll through this morning. Big fluffy flakes that just stuck for a little while. It barely covered the ground and melted off quickly.

It's partly sunny here now so I went out back to look around. As I walked over to the turtle pen I noticed not one, but three turtles out sunning themselves. One of them was Yellowhead an older male and then there was one of my midsized females and a two year old who was on his/her first offical hibernation.

I'll keep checking to see what else pops up.

Glad to hear your youngin' made an appearance! What a relief! Still no sign of my trio! I'm thinking their enclosure is not in the warmest spot. The anticipation is killing me...along with this weather!

Spring is here Monika,...... they'll be up before you know it. Get a BIG mirror and shine it on their enclosure. That'll help them along.....lol.
