He has a pink bulge coming out of his crotch region which appeared in the last 12 hours, other than that he his perfectly fine and healthy. Can anyone tell me or suggest what this is?

He has a pink bulge coming out of his crotch region which appeared in the last 12 hours, other than that he his perfectly fine and healthy. Can anyone tell me or suggest what this is?
It's a prolapse, probably a hemipene but could be part of his digestive tract instead. He needs to go to a vet, but I'm assuming that since this post is you late you already took him to one, it corrected itself or he's no longer with us. I hope it's one of the first two 
I'm not 100% sure of the reasons for this, but seems fairly common in leos, especially males. Some problems that can cause it are improper humidity (usually not enough) or straining while going to the bathroom due to constipation or impaction. A good herp vet would know for sure.
