Anyone know how they compare to mice?

I will be getting some quail soon for my own amusement as well as food.I was thinking this might be a good change for some of my snakes occasionally.

Click on the RodentPro banner ad just above this forum (in the forum sponsor area) and I believe in their FAQ area, they have a details chart on nutritional values of whole prey. I am pretty sure quail is on it. They definitely have mice and rats so you can see the differences yourself. Or do a google search for 'nutrition whole prey) to find the original site the PE chart is borrowed from.
