I find some info about it again, it seems that located in Mongolia and Russia.

It seems a kind of ovoviviparous Eremias.

I searched www.lacerta.de, the BEST photo archive of all lacertid species. The closest visual match I found was a subspecies of Eremias przewalskii, E.p. tuvensis.
