I don't know what it is,but it's a very interesting creature. Do you have a group of them there ?
It seems a kind of ovoviviparous Eremias.

The Spotted Sand Runner, thats my guess.
I searched www.lacerta.de, the BEST photo archive of all lacertid species. The closest visual match I found was a subspecies of Eremias przewalskii, E.p. tuvensis.
