A quick question.
Does a female python need to be bred, before she will ovulate?
And does ovulation only occur if the eggs are fertile?

Thanks

Jonas

no and always, Ovulation can happen without breeding, and always happens without being fertilized. The eggs are not fertilized at the point of ovulation, it is not until post ovulation while the ovum are in the oviduct that they become fertilized.
