Can baby Rubber boas get out of....

A cage with 1/8 inch ventilation holes?

Hi Bob,
I think you are safe with an 1/8 inch dia vent hole. I have seen a baby Childrens python, lyre snake and rubber boa fit through a 1/4 inch hole I drilled in their respective PVC pipe hides.

Don't let those tiny baby rubber boas fool you - they can handle a pinkie easily. The pic is obviously not a baby, but he ate all 4 thawed large pinks right there on the floor as I walked around nearby cleaning cages, and he looked for more. He ate two thawed fuzzies just days later. I snapped the pic with what I had at the time, old phone or something, so the quality is very poor.
