Temps?
Prey size?
Animal size?
Feeding frequency?
Cage size?
Water changing frequency?

temp-80-83?
snake size-almost 2ft.
tank/cage-4ft sweater box with air holes
change water daily
feed every week/10days-rat pup apporpriate for size

temps are a few degrees low, which would slow down the metabolism. and the prey size may be a bit small, too, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. from everything i've heard, bloods are VERY commonly over-fed. they should be fat, but not FAT if that makes sense.

mine defecates about 3 times per year, or every 4 months or so. he/she is a late 08 and on sm rats every 12 days. i COULD move her to med rats, but i have no intention to breed him/her so i don't see the need to max the feedings. she'll stay nice and health for a LONG time

I still need a blood like that, it'd be my favorite!

you should bump the food size up.....

I've got yearling's on lg f/t rats...NUMMY....

warm soaks often helps too, on the poo...
