So I bought two "female" leo's in december. They were juvies, so I know sexing isn't definitive, but I bought from a reputable breeder.

Anyway, tonight one of my 'girls', the one that has grown a lot faster and is clearly the alpha is harassing my other girl... nipping at her tail, then working up the body to her neck.

Then 'she' slips her tail under the other's tail, humps for a second and then pulls out... there was a red mass under the dominant one's cloaca which I assume are 'her' manparts. She immediately started licking them clean.

I guess I better set up a laying chamber.

You need to make sure the female is breeding size. She needs to be atleast 50 grams. If she isnt large enough I would seperate them and hope she isnt impregnated. If she is make sure and give her suppliments with her food and feed her a little more often.

She's on the small side, about 40 grams. I don't know how long they've already been mating, so I'm just gonna fatten her up as best I can.
