5 viable, first clutch for this female. 2 good ones, one dead in egg, 2 severly deformed, but one is alive and well. Same temps as in the past. Any ideas?

Jay, temps, moisture, genetics, bad luck! When you say same temps as last year what are they? How is your incubator built and insulated? Could there have been any temp spikes you didn't know about, due to outdoor weather? High / low thermometer? How were they setup in the container? At least you got a few!
Tom, I use a LabLine pro incubator that I bought at an auction. Has a temp limiter, also. I suspect just bad luck, or brother to sister issues. Could also be father/daughter...not sure who bred her. One is still alive, and feisty! Her first clutch, too. Found out my Mussurana likes deceased womas, but it was a problem getting the deformed part down. I still have 6 from the mother in the incubator and they look fine.
