I bought a new tokay yesterday and it was purplish at the store with sky blue spots. Then when I got it home it was all sky blue, but today it's back to solid purple. I prefer the sky blue but they seem to be getting harder to find. Do they darken their shade with their mood or should I expect this guy to stay the purple color?

Any suggesions?

I have no real anser for you just glad to talk to somebody. I am new to tokays but I have read that mood, temp and time of day all come in to play when it comes to light or dark shade. I just dont know which is what. Hopefully someone chimes in and lets us both know. Is yours a wid caught or CB, how big , good appetite . You know small talk.
