Hello. I know they are illegal in the city and believe them to illegal in the state, but I got an order for a 3' Nile Shipped to Long Island. I have found conflicting info. Does anyone know for sure that they are ILLEGAL to ship to Long Island? If you do, PLEASE respond. Thank you, Vinny
